I was really happy find the Twenty-Ten conversion for blogger, but I wonder if I have the most recent version. I've got a couple of problems since I've installed it using the instructions in the readme.txt.
1) I don't see any way to control the menu, or change the image. There's nothing about how to do this in the readme.txt in the zip file from the download
2) My share buttons seam to have disappeared. The links are still there, I can see them as I fly over this huge section of white space between entries. I was surprised, because the share buttons are working in the demo. I've double checked to make sure the share buttons were turned on in page elements, and I've tried moving them around, and turning quick edit off like in the demo.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
I've having the same second problem as Kurt and I really don't know how to solve it. Is there any kind of feedback that someone may help us?
Kurt, for edit the menu go to section:

and you can edit, delete or add more links to the menu
to change the image go to: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_A_BXOSXle0Y/TGIAWh0N0AI/AAAAAAAAAeQ/P2EZqwYyGCU/s1600/path.jpg
and add another image with the same dimensions.
